The West Rim Trail wanders through the compelling pantheon of White Cliffs.

The distinctive cone formation of Telephone Canyon.

Time for another big push of uphill hiking; we still need to get to the top of the ridge!

The trail swings west through an area known as "Little Siberia."

Up we go past the mouth of Behunin Canyon that drops off to the left.

A wonderful view east from the saddle between Behunin and lower Telephone Canyon.

Now in the White Cliffs, the chisseled trail is solid rock and cement.

This part of the West Rim Trail is reminiscent of the upper sections of the Observation Point Trail.

Nearing the top of the world, the views are spectacular.
