The Kanarra Falls ladder over the years...
I have been lucky enough to do this hike many times and I have seen some pretty interesting and sketchy contraptions put up at the falls over the years. The current metal staircase was put in place October 21, 2021 after the previous metal rung ladder on a log washed away in a flash flood after being in place for close to a decade. Before that, various makeshift logs and ladders were installed and often didn't last too long.

And the same spot yet again in 2010! This is the same log, but the wooden rungs were a bit spicier to climb up and down. BUY PHOTO
