UPPER KEYHOLE CANYON

The hike from Route 9 up the slickrock bowl to the little hoodoo at the top of the ridge. This is the standard Keyhole Canyon approach hike.  |

| The sketchy downclimb into Keyhole Canyon. Once at the bottom, most people will turn left for the popular canyoneering route, but we're going to turn right. |

| Soon enough, we scramble left up and out of the canyon to walk the shelves above. Take great care near the steep slabs. |
