While most people visit Zion National Park during the warmer tourist seasons, the winter months transform the park into a serene wonderland where you can more easily find peaceful solitude in the colder temperatures. And during the occasional winter storms when snowfall reaches the bottom of Zion Canyon, the ephemeral beauty of fluffy white covering the vibrant sandstone oranges is spectacular to witness and photograph.
