THE KOLOB ARCH TRAIL

Description:
The Kolob Arch Trail is a quick little side route off of La Verkin Creek Trail to see the famous landmark of the region: the impressive Kolob Arch -- one of the largest freestanding arches in North America. There are two possible routes to get to the Kolob Arch Trail: 1) the La Verkin Creek Trail starting at Lee Pass, or 2) the Hop Valley Trail from the Hop Valley Trailhead. Both are fairly long day hikes. The trail up this side canyon to the Kolob Arch is fairly easy (round trip about a mile), but a bit of rock-scrambling is involved.

Let's park our horse and go see the arch!
