When the football stadium is under construction and the commencement ceremony needs to move elsewhere,
two million dollars turns the once green Diag into acres of rubber flooring and 30,000 rented plastic chairs.
The sea of rented flooring and chairs covers the once-green ground and envelopes the horrified tree.
All chairs point towards the stage at the Graduate Library.
Another tree cries out for the refugee squirrels.
Fire hydrant lost in the chairs. (Sure the selective coloring is cliché, but I simply couldn't stop myself.)
Some people may sit a bit lopsided as the trees get their revenge!
This set ends with a bit of color: row after row of chairs in front of the Natural Science building.
