Here we join up with the North Fork! Already we start to see hills on both sides of us.

A wonderful walk in the water on a hot sunny day.

The walls start to get taller and more interesting...

Posing for the camera! The water flow in the upper section of the North Fork is quite small compared to what we're used to seeing in the main canyon.

With a big pack strapped to your back, ordinary obstacles are unusually annoying.
