Haleakala Crater in Haleakala National Park. We woke up at 2:30am to drive up to 10,000 ft above sea level to witness the legendary sunrise. This shot was from 5am - a 25-second exposure to show off the clouds beneath us.

Moments later, the sky lights up to become an intense deep red.
